American Football

All bets are void unless the game is rearranged or resumed and completed within the same calendar 'American Football Week' (Monday - Sunday inclusive, PST).
Overtime is included in all markets. Any match which ends in a draw after the completion of overtime will be declared a tie with all bets voided.

Athletics

Overall winner of event markets are on an all-in basis. Refunds are not available for non-starters. Payouts will be based on the podium positions.
In the event of no presentation being made, the official results as declared by the organising body on the day of the event shall apply.

Baseball

All bets are defined as 'Action' – any change to starting pitchers does not void bets.
Extra innings count for all markets.
All bets on Run Line are void unless the game goes to 9 innings (8 1/2 if the home team is ahead).
Bets on Total Runs will be void unless the run total has already been exceeded.
Games are official after five (5) innings of play (4 1/2 if the home team is ahead) have been completed (winners and losers for betting purposes are then determined by the score after the last full inning).
However if any game is in delay or play is suspended and subsequently the game is played to completion (on the original start day or the next) the result will be determined by the final score upon completion of the game.

Basketball

Overtime counts for all markets.
In the event of a game being suspended or delayed, All bets are void unless the game is rearranged or resumed and completed on the same day.

Boxing

In the event of a bout being suspended or delayed, all bets are void unless the event is rearranged or resumed and completed within 14 days; All bets on either boxer to win will be decided by the judges' decision, which includes points, technical knockout (TKO), knockout (KO) or disqualification.
If a price is offered for the draw, in the event of a draw all bets on either boxer to win will be losers.
In round-by-round betting, if a boxer fails to answer the bell, the fight will be deemed to have ended in the previous round.
For all bets on a boxer to win on points, the full scheduled number of rounds must take place for the bets to be deemed winners.
If the scheduled number of rounds is changed, all 'pick the round' bets are void and bets refunded.

Cricket

If a match starts but is later abandoned for any reason other than weather (which may include but is not limited to: dangerous or unplayable wicket or outfield; pitch vandalism; strike or boycott; crowd protests/violence; stadium damage; acts of terrorism; and acts of God), BetFlag reserves the right to void all bets, except for those on markets that have been unconditionally determined.
A 'Tie' is paid as a dead heat between the two teams in Test and limited-overs matches – wagers on the draw (Test matches only) will be settled as losers. Any method of deciding the result such as a bowl-off, Super Over or other means will not be recognized for settlement purposes.
If any player named in any 'Top Team Batsman' market is not chosen in the starting XI all bets in that market will be void. If any player chosen in the starting XI does not bat, he will be deemed to have scored zero.

Darts

If a match starts but is not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be considered the winner, however any bets on correct score or handicap markets will be voided.

Golf

Tournament bets will only be settled if the minimum number of holes stipulated in the Market Information has been completed. If a tournament is shortened after commencement then a minimum of 36 holes must be played for bets to stand.
If a player does not start a tournament then all bets on that player will be void. Any player starting a tournament but withdrawing or being disqualified before the end of the tournament will be settled as a loser.
Bets accepted after the end of a day's play are void unless there is further play, which counts towards the result of the tournament (other than a playoff), or the betting is specifically stated to be on the outcome of a playoff.
Single Round Betting (two balls, three balls): both players (or all players in the three ball) must tee off for bets to stand.

Motor Sports

Podium placings determine the standings for the settlement of bets.
'To Be Classified' market is determined according to whether the nominated driver is officially classified by the FIA in the final race results at the time of the presentation, displayed at http://www.formula1.com.
In head-to-head bets, if one driver/rider does not complete the race, the other driver/rider will be the winner. If no driver/rider finishes the race, the number of laps/stages completed will determine settlement. If both drivers/riders complete the same number of laps/stages, all bets are void.

Bets are determined on the result after normal time. Normal time includes any stoppage time added by the referee.
For 'first' or 'last goalscorer' markets bets are void on any player who takes no part in the match or who comes on as a substitute after the 1st goal has been scored. Own goals do not count for either 'first' or 'last goalscorer' markets.
For 'top goalscorer' markets only the goals scored in the league or competition stated in the Market Information count. For example, if a player joins a club mid-season any goals scored in a different league will not count, however goals scored for a different club in the same league will count. Own goals will not count.
In markets which relate to the number of incidents to occur, such as 'number of corners', these will be determined on the basis of the number taken, rather than awarded.
If a team is disqualified, thrown out or otherwise removed from a league, one of the following will apply:
If this happens before the relevant season has started, all bets on all affected markets will be void (except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined).
If this happens after the relevant season has started, all affected markets will stand and the team will be settled as a loser (assuming it is not reinstated and it is not officially the winner).
The relevant season will be deemed to have started once the first league game has been played.
